Schiphol's Digital Airport Program

At Schiphol I set up and led the Value Stream Airport Control, within Schiphol's Digital Airport Program, where we - a team of 50 extraordinary professionals - developed various compelling digital innovations, most known Wilbur.

Wilbur foresees 8 hrs in advance what is going to happen at Schiphol and suggest measures to take to seek a smooth operation. It helps Schiphol perform proactive control.

Wilbur was built following Design Thinking principles and Human Centered Design.

This is why it is there to stay.
